feat: add support for citations

BREAKING CHANGE: Changed type of public Source properties.
Updated `Source` property on `DocumentContent` and `ImageContent`
types to use base `Source` type

- include support for citing custom sources
- include support for citing PDF sources
- include support for citing text sources
