- Added Rust syntax highlighting to the Fence component.
- Updated Markdoc functions to clone React elements with unique keys for copy and example sections.
- Included Rust code examples for various API endpoints in documentation:

Stevan Freeborn dfb50ca6ba Feat: Sync Navbar Section Dropdown 
Added section context that can be set when section heading
scrolls into browser viewport and it's value can be used
to set the current value of the navbar dropdown.

Added kebab case utility method for converting title to element
id.

Stevan Freeborn 1c5d57e4ed Fix: Pass Copied Content as prop 
Add prop to fence component called content which will
hold the content contained within the fence component.

Update code snippet component so that it filters the fence components
passed to it as children to only display the fence component that
is same language as the selected language and pass the content prop
of the fence component to the copy code button component on each
render of the snippet component.
