Stevan Freeborn 6735bca09f feat: add ping endpoint with test infrastructure 
Implement ping() method on OnspringClient. Set up wiremock-based test
infrastructure with shared setup helper. Add tests for success and
unauthorized scenarios verifying correct headers are sent.
